Vector Artwork
Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .pdf files are preferred. Please avoid .eps files as these tend to be corrupted in the emailing process and cannot be opened.
All text must be outlined or fonts provided with the art files.
Raster Artwork
Adobe Photoshop (.psd), .tiff, .png,and .jpeg are all accepted file types.
Please provide layered .psd files if possible. File resolution should be at least 150 dpi; 300 dpi is preferred. We cannot accept low resolution artwork.
Emailing Artwork
We cannot accept attachments larger than 10MB.
A FTP link can be provide upon request for uploading artwork. If you have any questions please email our art department art@specialtsllc.com. They'll be happy to help.
Art Approval
A link with your artwork comp will be sent via email within a reasonable time after your complete purchase order has been received. We cannot proceed with your order until we have your approval of the digital mock-up.
Please make sure to check your mock-up for accuracy such as: spelling, color, dimension, and information.
